Summary
The project commenced in 2017 which is the extension of the existing TRS newly constructed building. The project has been long delayed due to the procurement strategy that involves MISE to procure the materials which take time. The remaining works now are mostly the finishing and the variations, which are currently tendered through a direct invitation of quotes. This is now the supply and builds to avoid MISE’s involvement with the purchasing of materials. This remaining work is anticipated to complete by mid-year 2019.
